I made this house with the "perfect summer home" idea in mind. It's played through, the first floor has an open plan, and it includes a living/dining room (small table, fits 2 chairs all though there's plenty of space to have a meal outside), a kitchen and a bedroom - no bathroom downstairs 'cause I got all caught up and i forgot to place one:( . On the second floor there are a bedroom (designed for a teen, a child and a baby),a bathroom and a small place in the hallway for laundry. The build comes with a pool, a jacuzzi a basketball ring and a balcony/patio space.
